ITvilla Ltd – a company engaged in automation and electrical installation work and Droid4Control Ltd – a company devoted to the development of automation control systems, both companies have been sold to Finnish company BaseN Corporation by Neeme Takis the founder and CEO of Uniflex Systems Ltd. After this transaction Neeme Takis can commit full time to manage Uniflex Systems Ltd and develop the company.
