Lumi Capital, active in real estate investment management, opened the first rental homes with a professional administration service in Estonia in cooperation with LHV pension funds. These homes are called Lumi Kodud. Lumi Kodud homes, located in the Manufaktuuri residential quarter in Tallinn, hold 127 apartments with one, two and three rooms, with an integrated kitchen, furnished bathrooms and a washing machine. Uniflex Systems installed a consumption data collection system for collecting and reporting information about electricity, water, heat and gas meters at the Manufacture 14 and 16 rental homes. The same system monitors the operation of heating and ventilation by recording and visualising measurement data for 10 years. When a failure of the heating or ventilation system is detected, the corresponding alarm messages will be sent to the landlord.
